The perfect pairing

I’m no food chemist and I certainly couldn’t tell you which red pairs most exquisitely with pan-seared cruelty-free open-source analog halibut, but there’s one pairing that never fails me:

I’d call it a match made in heaven, if there was a heaven.

    I just tried Cabo Wabo Reposado b/w Corona Extra. Far from PERFECT, but not bad at all!
